I have had lots of fun doing the media work that was set. Although I didnt do the work to my max ability because I had 8 weeks of school due to me braking my knee. This meant I couldnt do any work at home as i couldnt get up to sit by the computer to get on with work. However overall I have really enjoyed media.
I dont beleive my Blog is really up to date but I have tried my absolout hardest to do the best I possibly can with in the time I had left .

Evaluation Question 7
Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
The preliminary was edited on my iPad by cute cut however the final piece is edited on Adobe Premier. Cute cut is easy to use as you only have to add videos and crop videos however on Adobe Premier it is harder to edit as you have to make everything run smoothly.
The over the shoulder take for the main task is better then the preliminary task as you can see we have improved on our cinematography.
The camera focus is better in the main task then the preliminary as we have learnt how to focus cameras and have better shots.

What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?
I edited on Adobe Premiere Pro because I thought it would be easier to edit on adobe. Also another reason why it was way more easier then Final Cut Pro because there was a lot of tutorials on YouTube. 
When researching and planning about my 2 minute opening scene I learnt how to use blogger and I blogged everything that I have researched. I typed up most of my coursework on blogger.
I used YouTube to upload a couple of videos for example my main task which was the opening scene. A draft opening scene and interviews. I have never uploaded on YouTube before doing media. Media taught many stuff also it taught me to use YouTube.

We watched other action crimes including Sin City and Fast and Furious. They use a lot of tension scenes so we added music which we thought sets the tone and builds tension well. Our questionnaire allowed us to know what action crimes our target audience most enjoyed and based our opening scene due to the feedback we received.

Furthermore I have broadcasted my opening scene on my social website accounts for example, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Also I have hash-tagged Media and opening scene so people that hash-tag on YouTube they can find our video to. Also I sent an email around of the link of the opening scene so everyone can access it and watch it through YouTube.

Me and my media partner has decided to aim our target audience for a mixed gender aged between 15-30 for people who enjoy action crime.
Our target genre is action crime. We have watched and researched action crime films and we were able to use similar techniques like establishing shots, Point of View, close ups. We have used this techniques to create a more successful action crime opening scene. We carried out a questionnaire to find out specifically what our target audience wanted. We also showed a few people a selection of action crime films and asked them what there favorite was and what made it there favorite. Also we researched other famous action crime directors and producers and aimed to use similar techniques that they used to make the a successful opening scene.
The age rating for the film is 15 and the reason for this is because a 15 year olds are allowed to hear frequent strong language, and strong violence. In our opening scene there is strong violence and strong language.
To find my target audience I did research for who mostly watch's action crime and I came out with a result of 3 out of 4 that watch action crime are from 15-30.

Disney Pixar is a large institution. They produce and distribute films through Disney. They distribute animated films, they were originally Pixar however they were produced by Disney in 2006. Disney Pixar is a example of who wouldn't be suitable for distributing our film as they only distribute animated films.
